World Gym Burleigh

I love going to world gym Burleigh, the staff are very friendly and most helpful. They always have smile on their face, greet when we walk in & out. And recently I have to suspense my membership due to a medical reason related to my body. The staff were very efficient in email communication, especially Ben he was very understanding, supportive and process my request without delay.... It's one of those feeling that you have one less thing to worry about when you feel unwell, so it means a lot to me. Thank you so much Ben!

Every morning I get to the gym and I am welcomed by Ash 1 of the Staff who always has a smile on his face and makes you feel so welcome. The gym is massive, super clean and filled with positive happy friendly people. I've taken advantage of all the free classes too and they are so much fun. The instructors do their job so well and are so motivating. I would highly recommend this gym

I love this place! At first I was skeptical about the stigma surrounding Gold Coast's big gyms but this facility and the people who are a part of it are very welcoming! Ash on the front counter is a great guy, good laugh and always greets me with a smile and the Manager Kianna is very accommodating, generous and a lovely human to deal with! Give this place a shot if your interested in joining a facility to get your body to its peak in an environment full of motivation! I have met a whole bunch of new friends here..

World gym Burleigh a fantastic place to train and progress, the environment is amazing with the friendliest and most helpful staff with a lot of knowledge and always happy to help. Wouldn’t train anywhere else. Hands down one of the best gyms out there.

BEWARE!!!!! I joined this gym and after 3 weeks of going there, circumstances in my life changed (mental health). I thought I would do the right thing and tell them I couldn't proceed anymore and I also mentioned if I could put a stop on the membership for a 6 or 12 month period and was given a blunt NO. The guy behind the counter was only interested in stealing $300 off my credit card. There was no assistance offered. I handed my membership back and had to change my bank account to stop them from taking funds from my account. I was honest about my situation but that didn't seem to matter. BEWARE of getting involved with this organisation.
