Was fortunate enough to win a 3 month membership after attending the re-open day post covid and loving every minute! Have been going every day and have so much fun, the trainers all have tonnes of energy and cheer you on, have been fantastic support and helping with adjustments for almost every exercise as I have a couple of injuries. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a supportive exercise environment where you can hit your goals! Thanks Ray and the team!

Upon entering the premises for the first time, it had a nice vibe about it. The instructor was smiley, and had a neat energy. What i liked most of all is that he paid attention to all our techniques which i think is top knotch. I'll be back 👊
