This gym has a great and inclusive environment. Tim provided us with exceptional help and went above and beyond to help us navigate the best possible option that aligns with our fitness goals. 10/10 Would not hesitate to recommend this place! :)

At last, the only gym I felt at home with. I was quite nervous the first time I've visited but Tim made me feel really welcome and instantly felt like you're already part of the gym family. This guy is amazing. I think he knew everyone by name and it's very rare for gym managers to really get to know everyone in the gym even if you're the most shy personality. All the other staff are super friendly too. I've gained friends and have I mentioned I love doing Zumba here, they have the most beautiful instructor. She looks like J Lo.😊

Alex was the best trainer I've ever had. Highly motivational, helped me know what I was doing at all times, positive atmosphere. Club was also easily accessible from Runaway Bay (12 min easy drive)

Great gym, at the Parkwood golf course. Fantastic trainers who are not judgemental and are there to help. Great classes throughout the day.
