Congratulations Trent and the owners for giving Milon a new lease of life after Covid! We are very happy to be able to return to the "new normal" and experience the value of the Milon system - an easy and no injury way to fitness! We are really enjoying the new classes which provide added variety to our fitness regime. Very nice to see all the new young members hopping on board and encouraging us "oldies"! Keep it up guys!!

Amazing place , first time when I was visiting Milon I fall in love in this place , and now I am working here .People in Milon very nice and friendly . New gym tehnology , beautiful view , very clean . My boss amazing person , all members love him . And we staff love to serve our amazing members . We welcome to Milon Premium Health Club , only 24,95$ per week and for pensioners 19,95$ per week .

This is the first gym I have ever joined and so glad I did! Cutting-edge technology in the circuit-training, great standard equipment and weights, friendly and professional staff, and quality, clean facilities. I am from the USA and have never seen such an innovative and progressive gym there as we have here on the Gold Coast. Overall, a fantastic place.
