Love training here, the exercises are tailored to individuals where required. High intensity strength and conditioning is my favourite. Affordable prices and everyone is really nice and more than willing to help out with the routines.. the owners Cody and Amanda are super friendly and welcoming - Keep an eye out for Jeffery 🐶🌭
Favourite gym on the Gold Coast. I was lucky enough to take part in one of their 8 week challenges. You gain a wealth of knowledge and support and always challenged in their classes. Cody and Amanda are fantastic trainers too!
Killer workout. Great value over F45 which is did before. And better equipment here.
Great cross fit and muay thai classes with energising house music!
