F45 Training Broadbeach

I was nervous and hesitant about joining F45, from the moment I enquired about membership to when I walked through the doors for day one they were the most lovely, welcoming and understanding trainers that you could ever meet. Ever since then they make you feel like you are part of a family not just someone who is there to train. They are supportive, kind and caring and I am so glad that I am now a member of their F45 broady family 😁

Excellent gym, very clean and professional. Owners are amazing! Staff are extremely friendly and very polite. I highly recommend F45 training from beginner, all the way to avid gym user. Keep it up!

Best decision I have ever made for my health & fitness. I was a little hesitant to start F45 from hearing how tough it sounded, but you go at your own pace under great support and feel myself getting stronger after every session. Now i’m addicted! This is by far the best F45 studio I have trained at. The facilities are 5 star and the staff are fun yet professional and really push you. Highly recommend anyone in the area to try it out.
