I had a teleconference with Karise. She walked me step by step through my symptoms. I had a nerve issue going down my left leg which had persisted for two days and was very painful. Karise gave me several stretches & exercises to try including one using a mobility ball. Within minutes the pain was gone & never returned. I would highly recommend her as a top notch physiotherapist.
