highly recommend Back in motion with Jordan, I suffered an injury to my foot from dancing as I dance part time as well as teach. I started to see results from the very first session with Jordan as he was able to pin point what was the cause of the problem and was able to help me start my journey to recovery. The best part working with Jordan was that he was able to explain to me what exactly was wrong and how to fix it and also that he helped and kept me motivated every step of the way, I'm so happy and thankful that I'm fully recovered and back to doing what I love most injury free!

Went to see Louise Eddy today with my back in spasm which has been causing me severe pain for the last 2 days. I walked out 30mins later just about pain free with the spasms now gone. Loiuse your a miracle worker thanks so much.
