This was a few year ago, I walked in for a resoling/retipping of some new boots (which I always recommend for longevity) the soul man did a great job at a good price. I asked about a broken faux leather bag handle, he told me there wasn't much he could do as it would need to be resewed and the original attachment was badly damaged. He glued it as a placeholder and wouldn't accept payment for it - and hey, it may not have been a permanent solution but it's still in place! Just an honest, no BS guy who is a master of his craft. A++ for service, cost, and managing expectations

Had to get 3 keys cut and told the soul man I’ll go ffor a walk assuming it will take maybe 10 mins .he responded be ready in a minute , thought to myself yeah right , they were couldn’t believe it .on the way home was certain at least one wouldn’t work , wrong again, well done mate .price was good too
