Hinterland Hotel

Our server Kai in the bistro went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The calamari was excellent and we had our meals super quick. All the staff both bistro and Bar were exceptional. We will be back.

Enormously impressed with the meals served, great taste & quantity, when we dined at The Hinterland yesterday. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE & we expressed our views to the Chef & kitchen Team. Table service was top notch too. Thanks to all working there on Saturday, when we spent a wonderful few hours in their cool dining area.

Absolutely Amazing! Sam and Connor are absolute gems of bar staff. And the manager Sharon was extremely lovely. SAM went above and beyond and made our experience fantastic. She made us custom cocktails on request and was super friendly and made us feel super welcome! You guys are awesome! We've been here multiple times and both Sam and Connor have been never disappointed us! Thanks guys for turning our ordinary night into an expectional one!!

If i can give you a half star i would...food is average...service's yeah i had 3 times bad experiences in this place.

We were there on Saturday and were really pleased with food and service. Nice atmosphere with lovely vibes from staff. It was great to be served with lots of smiles. Will definitely come back for more.
