Great upgrade to which was already a good store, the Deli is run by an extremely helpful team member who knows what she is doing. The bakery is now baking on site and is 100 times better than it was before, the head baker is really helpful, never too busy to answer any questions!

Good renovation. Looks good. But a bit small on deli size as they have more space than other stores.

I have been shopping at Woolworths at the Q Supercentre since it opened years ago. I went to do my weekly (Big) shop this evening and was completely frustrated. Everything has been moved!!! They have been subtly moving things around for the past few months under the guise of store improvement/renovations which is enough to drive me crazy. I go to the same supermarket several times a week for a reason . It's familiar I know where most things are especially where the most common things that I buy are. This means I can get in and out quickly as a single father of two who works shift work 10+ hour days this is important. I don't have a lot of spare time and I don't wish to waste what little time I have grocery shopping. I don't normally complain but I felt compelled to tonight. The young lady at the front counter was very apologetic as I explained my frustration to her without being disrespectful. She was the one who told me to do a Google review as management read them and take them seriously. So, if this is true PLEASE stop moving things around. I get that it's all about product placement and marketing to get the best possible result for the store. If you can't find what you want you go looking for it and maybe find other products which you may impulse buy. It's the oldest trick in the book and ALL retailers use it. I get it. But, my time is precious so please have some consideration for those of us loyal customers who don't have time to waste and stop needlessly moving groceries around.

Larger store so more variety of items and have good specials a lot of the time. Fruit and vegetables are usually good and the staff are quite friendly.
