Spano's IGA Mermaid Waters

most of your staff are wonderful but there is one lady with blonde hair i dont know her name,but she is extremely rude. never smiles or says good day, shes pushed me over with a meat tray and i i a fractrured foot. she must be good at her job as shes been there a long time, i try and go down a different isle if i see her, and im not the only person who has said the same. she really needs so customer service training. if the shop was not so convenient and im diisabled i would go else where, even the other staff have agreed. i wold like to remain annon but i think you have my name now. please advise of her days off then i can avoid her, dont wont to cause any conflict. this is the the manager Ash. thanks
