Woolworths

At 4pm today I had just finished purchasing groceries in the supermarket at pacific fair then proceeded to the customer service counter to purchase ciggerettes and to grab ooshie for my son after watching the staff member serve a customer she then just walked off on the meantime waiting a further ten minutes to be served two other customers arrived immediately they were served first then we were served my partner handed over the receipt of purchase to obtain the ooshie and before he could ask for cigarettes the girl behind the counter just threw the ooshies on the counter and walked off before my partner could ask for cigarettes I find if this is the way staff at woolworths treat their customers then I'll be shopping at coles instead and this isn't the first time we've had this problem.shop is great but shame about some of the customer service .

Depressing casino style lighting gives me an instant headache while somehow being too dim to read packaging. Dirty floors. Dirty damaged stock, Not much variety. Fresh food is a few days past what I would describe as fresh. Bad organisation. Layout unable to handle the unexplainable crowds that congregate here. Crowded narrow isles of dazed confused shoppers crammed in too close for covid times. Tills always have big ques, even in off peak times. Depressed frazzled looking staff. This store takes the already too low Woolworths standard and sends it deep into your worst shopping hellish nightmare. Then makes you wait 20 min to scan your own items.

Like Coles a lot of products state made in Australia, but when you read the labels they are actually products of foreign countries. I only buy norco milk & rolled oats from them. Meat & pork mince i buy from the local butcher fruit & vegetables i purchase from our local markets.
