Dropped by Mister Minit Queanbeyan today to get some holes punched into a new belt. Took 30 seconds, and wasn't charged a cent. As always, quick, efficient and friendly service. Not only are Mister Minit Queanbeyan my local, they are also my preferred place for all things leather, shoes, keys etc. No matter what they have done, they have done a superb job at competitive prices. Many pairs of shoes of mine have visited for a re-heel to prolong their life. Thanks again team!

Dropped into the store this afternoon with my son to get some additional holes put into a brand new leather belt. The gentleman quickly added a couple of holes with a smile and refused to take any payment. Great to see this friendly and kind service. For sure we will be back with any business we need from Mister Minit in the future

After paying a fortune for a classy front entrance, we couldn't find a metal fabricator willing to etch our numbers in to the front plating of a pre bought letterbox. By chance we asked if these guys could do it and they did. Left it with them for the afternoon and paid $25 for a supurb job. Couldn't be happier 👌 👍

Aaron and Andrew are very helpful with any question or product you want to get fixed. Aaron did such an awesome job on fixing and polishing my boots, that they actually looked in better condition and more shiny than when I bought them brand new. Andrew is super helpful too and I would highly recommend this shop to people. These guys are champions

The worst customer service ever seen and a complete rip off. The guy with the beard is rude and arrogant and looks at any excuse not to help. We paid $60 to repair my wife’s shoes. All they did was super glue the bottom and charged us $60 for that. The heel came off immediately and when we took it back they argued and refused to fix it. Steer clear from this place....horrible people and service. You are better off doing it yourself.
