Consulate of Cameroon

Maxwell was very professional and efficient and the visa's we needed were processed and returned within a few days. Can't thank him enough.

Have emailed many times now for information regarding visas and entry into both Cameroon and DRC (DRC advises to contact nearest consular support with presence in Australia for help). Very unprofessional. Told me just to 'not go' and to bribe my way into the country rather than go through authorised channels. The contact (Max Shean) also does not read emails thoroughly so communication is increasingly slow and awkward. He is also inappropriate at times and comes off as not being qualified to act as a representative. Very worrying.

Everyone trying to contact Max Shean for your passport, Max has been taken to hospital and is not available. If you have travel plans depending on your visa you will need to cancel or postpone flights. I have just cancelled my flights to Cameroon. I don't know when or who will take care of visas while he is unwell

I have been trying all morning to reach the embassy. The phone, fax and emails are not working. Can anybody help me please?
