Consulate General of Brazil

The consulate unfortunately seems to make everything a bit more complicated that it should be. Today they simply didn’t accept a document they have issued themselves just because it wasn’t on their list. On top of that, the only way to pay for the services is via an Australian Money Order, which costs $11 dollars. So for a service that costs $10 we need to pay $11 for the Australian post so they can issue the $10 Dolar money order... If you need to come to the consulate here’s a tip: take a deep breath, exercise your patience, and relax....Good luck

Extremely professional and fast service. Staff were amazing and very helpful.

Very organised for scheduling appointments. People are friendly and processed tourist visa real quick with minimum formalities. Payment via Money Order is a hassle though. Should have another way of payment like Eftpos or cash.
