NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE CALLS. HAVE BEEN TRYING ALL DAY! SENT AN EMAIL IN AND GOT A RESPONSE STRAIGHT AWAY! IF THERE IS A PROBLEM DUE TO CORONAVIRUS PLEASE PUT IN ON YOUR WEBSITE

Isn't there a better way to renew passport from NSW? With Covid travel restrictions and unable to travel to Canberra, my husband passport has expired and can't be renewed. Now we are facing issue when doing identity checks.

(29.5.2020 )Firstly I'd like to thank Puan Sue from the Melbourne consulate and her team for the kind assistance in regards to my request ( passport renewal without ic ) ! It wasn't as easy as people think, but by providing all the documents required , Puan Sue and her team managed to pull a miracle thru for me and in result to that I have been able to proceed forward without any further issues ! I Highly recommend that people give them a chance to do their jobs by providing them with all the necessary documents required to do so and rest assured that Puan Sue and her team will see the matter thru to completion, thank you once again to the lovely and understanding team they have here at Melbourne!
