Consulate General of Poland

I had a relatively trouble free experience at the consulate today. I was missing one vital document from my application however the consul staff member was most accommodating and helpful with her suggestions on how I could access same and have it forwarded to the consulate in real time so that the application could be progressed. This I did and what could have been a disaster was averted. Helpful and efficient would be how I would describe my experience. Quite a pleasure in fact and from what I could see of the experiences of other clients that were being served that would probably sum up their thoughts as well. An easy 5 stars.

I flew into Sydney last this week and had a fabulous experience with two ladies who were assisting in the process of passport renewal. They were extremely helpful, answered all my questions and went out of their way to make the whole process as easy and quick as possible. Dziekuje ! :)

I had an awesome experience with the consulate. The lady named Marta was very polite and answered all of my questions whenever I called the consulate. The communication of the consulate is really good through both email and calls. I am satisfied with the great service they provide. I would like to thank the consulate for being supportive in the process of visa application to Poland.

horrible, some staff members clearly had mental issues

The staff were friendly and very accommodating to me after issues with my flight to Sydney caused me to arrive to my visa application appointment two and a half hours after my booking. I am grateful they went out of their way to allow me to submit my application.
