Prom Country Lodge

Stayed here for 3 nights in a Superior Queen suite. The room was a good size, the amenities were clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The only letdown was the small tv and a remote on which only the volume and channel buttons worked. Great location, with an in-house restaurant and would happily stay here again.

Nice and clean with friendly staff. Booked in advance and lucky enough to have a big room with extra bedroom. Power points besides every bed with a USB charging port was very handy. The reason for the 4 stars is the fact that they gave our originally booked room to a guest who decided to stay an extra night and didn't inform us. Luckily they had another room available! I hate to think what I would do with my elderly parents after a long tiring day of hiking around the prom only to find out the hotel gave our room away even after early booking and C/C put down! Also the shower was very bad with a very very weak flow which kept getting worse during use which I guess is from other guests using the water in other rooms.

Stayed here on the weekend. Room was lovely, clean and nice. Hosts were awesome & you can tell they love their jobs and people! Their restaurant Max's is great. We had breakfast there but also wish we had have stayed for dinner. Delicious. We are from Melbourne and love our coffee. Vic makes a coffee just as good as any barista in the laneways of the city. I highly recommend this place. We will be back, as soon as we can.

My second time here to stay on a visit to Wilson’s Prom. It’s a half hour drive to the entrance. Rooms are nice and cosy, the heaters were welcome after a freezing cold day out! Make sure you book to eat at the restaurant at night, the meals have been delicious on both of my visits. Definitely a cut far above what you would expect at a ‘motel’. A really great stay again :)

Great meals and service, will definitely return.
