From the begining consultation to the receiving of our panel blinds the service was above and beyond. The team at Eagle Blinds helped us to find replacement blinds for our home at a great cost. Could not recommend them more.

Eagle blinds are quick to take your money but that is as far as the customer service goes. When first fitted half the roller blinds were creased and had to be replaced also 2 fell off and nearly knocked me out. Getting the girls in the office to call back is near on impossible. Six months in now having trouble with electric motors called the office nearly a week ago still awaiting reply of when the motors can be fixed,spoke with Louise earlier this morning who said will get to you in 5 minutes still waiting call back 4 hours later.It is about time this company started getting more professional as there are plenty of other retail businesses who would quite happily take the $13000 spent on these blinds particularly in todays retail market.

Helpful and knowledgeable. Assisted me with supplying a replacement cord mechanism. They had spare parts on hand, even though my blind was not a model they stock. Thanks
