Good Price Pharmacy Warehouse Baldivis

Gavin and his team are wonderful! we are a family with a bunch of different and complicated needs. Any issues that have arrived have been dealt with promptly by the manager. I trust him to look after my family! Most! of the team is always friendly, great us by name and are helpful. Even my extended family have started to come to this pharmacy. I love the app, that helps manage scripts and the they are easily contacted by phone too. Thank you

Whilst the staff are friendly, and the pharmacy has a great range of products, I can not in good faith recommend this establishment to anyone seeking reliability and accountability. I am on essential medication, and my repeat scripts were kept on file here, as is my wife’s (in her case, the medication she requires is lifesaving). I went to collect one of my repeats today, and they could find NO trace of it in my file. I went through effort, cost, and multiple assessments to be prescribed that medication, and suddenly stopping it’s use is potentially very dangerous for me. Given the time of year it is, I couldn’t arrange my doctor to call them as he was on leave, so I was left with no option but to accept that the pharmacy had screwed up, and that it was to my detriment. Eventually they called back stating they’d found my repeats, but they weren’t data controlled through their computers, and I had no paper trail to rely on if they hadn’t recovered it. Also worthy of note, I saw 2 other customers angrily storm out of this pharmacy today, as the same thing had happened to them. Given I was only there for such a short window, and 3 customers had the same experience, I can never trust this pharmacy again. I believe the pharmacist working today was filling in for others on leave, so this isn’t her fault at all. This business let her down too, because unfortunately other customers are unlikely to have the measured and calm approach that I had towards her. Instead she’ll be verbally abused by frustrated customers who aren’t able to get necessary meds. Lift your game GP Pharmacy Baldivis, you’ve already lost any future business from my family because of the incompetence of your operation. This is simply not good enough.

The pharmacy is incredibly slow. It takes a long tine to get your prescriptions. Really really SLOW!!

Slow, I rang up so I don't have to wait, I live 5 mins away they put me on hold for approx 10 mins.

Fantastic pharmacy. Staff are awesome, so friendly and helpful. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
