Rian's Window Treatments

Rian made all my blinds for my new home and did a great job. Highly recommend. My parents and friends have used them since and are also very happy. Compared to other pricing in Mandurah they were the best.

Rian's have owed is over $3500 for over 12 months, they will not pay , they do not take phone calls, and we have had to have the Court appointed Sheriff try to visit you.nnIf you buy form these people you are likely to lose your deposit and never get your goodsnnPlease pay us our $3500 you owe us, we also need to pay our staff and our suppliers, this is criminal not to pay us especially during a pandemic...nnDenying it will not make the fact go away, you owe the money and refuse to pay, we have paid additional debt collection and costs and as you can see there is a court order for the debt. Any consumer would be mad to give you a deposit....they are likely never too see there goods or there moneynnYour response that it was fixed with one phone is also untrue, the Sherriff has been to repossess and you have now put all your assets in your partners name, we are in lock down in Victoria, with staff having been stood down for nearly 6 months now...it is unfair, and un-Australian

Avoid this businesses!!! Very unprofessional,rude,and would not have a clue how to respectfully deal with customers!nnNever again would I use this three ring circus to attend any of my properties, make sure IF you get a quote and you go ahead with said work,that they honor quote and not try and extract more money from you for fictitious reasons!!!!!nnI thought I would stick with a small local businesses instead of the larger chain firms, and gee what a huge mistake! Sometimes it pays to use the big boys!!nnThe owner needs a few good lessons in customer service etiquette,absolutely appalling approach when she contacted me!

Fantastic service for repairs and blinds and curtain purchase was the best. Fully recommended this company wouldn't go anywhere else
