I think the staff, or older staff anyway should consider how they treat people coming in. I did not appreciate the rude tone of voice being used when I made a mistake on the computer and another lady working asked if she wanted to take a phone call and now im still sitting here two hours later and only just been put on as a priority. If you're helping someone please assist them until your job with them is done.

Everytime I come into town. 30 min drive in 30 min drive out. I get told "you can do this yourself" if I could, I wouldn't waste an hour driving then another 45 minutes waiting. Would I? Some staff are helpful but most are not! It is so frustrating to think that this is the way tax dollars get spent. When it probably would have taken the woman who showed me to a computer then disappeared with little to no instruction 15 minutes to help me get my study details sorted! Instead I stay there for another half an hour playing guessing games with myself as to what to do next on the website. Still not sure if I've completed doing what was needed or if I will receive my austudy payment or not.

Being a government institution I always prepare for the worst but every time I am pleasantly surprised. Staff are always helpfuland I never had to wait a long time.
