I had a fantastic experience with the Team at LED Lighting Designs. I was having trouble sourcing an LED down light for our home in QLD, the product we have isn't made anymore. Joe was quick to come up with a comparable solution, helped me over the phone to make sure I had the correct connections for it to match correctly. Order & delivery went off without a hitch, and he even called back to talk me through the install. Very impressed and highly recommend!
Have bought from LED Lighting Designs many times over the years. Popped in today to buy an oven globe. Didn't have the old one with me but with the staff help bought a globe. Fitted the oven and I can see my cooking now!!! Thank you.
Ordered online and received the pendent lights broken but Joe was quick to sent us the replacement. Excellent service!!
I bought 3 ceiling fans from here around 2 and a half years ago. Had no problems with it until a few days back, one of them were not functioning. The warranty on the fans were 3 years, so I returned to the shop today to hopefully get it fixed. The workers tells me that I have to contact the manufacturer and get it sorted with them. Load of bs. These guys do not take responsibility for their service! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
