Sorry but our experience of Albany Centrelink is totally the opposite of the previous reviews...nWe have had cause to visit on 3 or 4 occasions the last being only a week or so ago.nJenny (hopefully remembered the name correctly) was extremely courteous, helpful and patient, taking all the time necessary to deal with our initial queries and also making us aware of other options available.nThank you..
Just went in to centrelink to get a new Medicare card and the women on the reception was arrogant and rude ! Totally unhelpful.nApparently no one was in that can do that.nAnd told me to come back tommorow but didn’t even tell me a time so I said “same time?”nShe said no.
I was on the phone waiting.. for 3.5 hours and they just hung up .... so annoyed
