Worst customer service I’ve ever had. In the shop for over 20 minutes, wasn’t acknowledged once.nNeeded help in changing room but staff member was too fixated on her phone (the image is her head in her phone). Would have walked out but needed warm clothes. Got to counter and she couldn’t spit two words out to me and walked away once I paid with my bag as far away from menAs possible. She didn’t want to be there and it was clear we were in the way of her phone, if you hate your job so much, QUIT. Will never go back.

Fantastic quality clothes, Factorie never disappoints! Can always find the latest trends in fashion there and the clothes are so good quality that the clothes I bought when they first opened are still as nice as they were years ago. Good sales on all year round and the staff are super friendly too, they always seem happy to help you.
