Mark and team did a fantastic job repairing the floor to our shower.nnOur tiles were cracked and upon removal, we found that they had only been supported by a layer of sand as the previous builder had neglected to fill in the cement surrounding the drain. Mark reset the drain, filled in the rest of the gap with quick drying cement and was then able to proceed with the waterproofing and tiling. All was done within a week with clear communication throughout. The shower looks great and drains perfectly now.nnThanks again for a job well done.

We asked for regrouting of our whole shower with epoxy grout. They left some areas untouched and had to come a second time to finish the job. Also silicone on shower doors wasn’t done properly. We got advised to fix a couple of cracked tiles (as a complimentary service) by slightly widening the cracks and filling them in with grout. I wasn’t there when it was done but when I came home and saw those filled cracks I was very disappointed. The cracks were filled in with dark grout instead of white (one would assume they would match the filler with the tile colour and not the grout!!!) It looks disgusting, like strands of wet hair stuck to my tiles!!! I am not happy at all

Through our property manager, we used Mega sealed for our investment property’s bathroom and would definitely NOT recommend them. They installed the wrong tiles on the floor (we requested white, they installed grey), we went ahead with their quote but they did not seal all the affected wet areas, so part of our shower wall was left exposed (see photos), that meant water could still enter through it. Which defeats the purpose of sealing the other sides! They provided a refund after many days of waiting. Then quoted us an even larger amount to finish off the job which was requested in the first place. Maybe the product they use is good but the delivery and service is not. No point in using it if it’s not installed properly.
