Leeton Medical Centre

Dr Jane has become our family doctor and provides an absolutely wonderful service out of this clinic. She had gone above and beyond on several instances in the past to get us the help and information we required.

I have dealt with this clinic numerous times hoping it will get better, but unfortunately it hasn't. Some staff members may need to update their knowledge on how medicare works as you are told to call medicare yourself. I feel it is important that the staff of a medical clinic know something to help you. You have to prompt several times for document attachments to be emailed. Email responses also take over a day, generally after chasing it up again at least via a call. They are hesitant to fax/email referrals to physio's, but are not very clear whether they have done so, and you have to chase that up also. I have dealt with one lovely, informed girl at the reception and I hope more like her some on board.
