Ordered a part online as we are in lockdown, that led to another issue that Ryan identified and helped me with via email. Am so impressed with his patience in working through the problem with me and sending me videos to guide me through, as well as liaising with the parts manufacturer on my behalf. I ordered a Villeroy and Boch toilet seat on 22 December knowing that Sydeny Tap and Bathroomware was having a Christmas break. I expected the order to be processed after the holiday. However, the team did a rapid turnaround and the product was delivered on Christmas Eve - great customer service!
