Cremorne Medical Practice

A great local practice! Ive seen Dr Horadam, Dr Damien and Dr Liu. Theyre such fantastic doctors and reception staff are always friendly, polite and helpful. They do a fantastic job, in particular during these trying times. Also, I've had a great experience with the nurses- always thorough, patient with explanations and terrific bedside manner. Definitely 5 stars for the practice and in particular, I can't fault Dr Horadam. She is the best - empathetic, knowledgeable and kind. Going to Cremorne Medical Practice never feels scary or intimidating and best of all, my baby actually seems to enjoy going there.

I have been a patient of the Cremorne Medical Centre ( Practice ) and my Doctor had been Dr David Leaf . I followed Dr Leaf from a previous practice in which he was working and he was highly respected in that practice . From my experience, Dr Leaf has an excellent manner with patients and has the ability to provide excellent medical advise to solve patient’s concerns in a practical and common sense and logical way. I have been advised that Dr Leaf, as a result of cultural differences within the practice, decided to leave the practice which has now affected my health. I am also concerned that the practice has been sold to Primary. I am indeed disappointed that Dr Leaf has left the practice given his knowledge that has assisted me immensely.

I just want to share the wonderful service I received from the Cremorne Medical Practice during my first visit. I moved to the area from Melbourne in early 2018 and earlier this year attended another medical practice in the area where I received quite a cold and clinical reception. During Christmas 2019, I needed to see a doctor and had heard great reports about Cremorne Medical Practice and so booked an appointment there. Wow, what a contrast to the other practice I attended. I was welcomed warmly, the new patient form was easy to complete and I did not need to wait long. The doctor was so understanding and diagnosed my medical issue immediately, explained the condition simply and then explained the medication and side effects etc plainly. I will be transferring all of my medical records from my doctor in Melbourne to the practice and am relieved that I have finally found a practice that cares about the patients so holistically. I will be recommending you to anyone who needs a doctor within the area.

The Doctors are all okay, but the timeliness at the practice is inconsistent. Two appointments in one week, one we were running late for and had calls to find out where we were and then after five minutes of discussion with reception had to squeeze our issue into two minutes. The second we made sure we were there five minutes early, but ended up waiting over half an hour for our appointment. Most experiences at this practice have had a delayed appointment. I’ve already changed my practice, considering changing the rest of the family too.
