DHM Mosman appears to have started high risk practices for home collection! Collectors don’t wish to wash their hands. Worse still, they are reusing (from one visit to another) old cloth masks that they pull our from their trouser pockets. Even before COVID-19 these would be considered as dangerous practices! How can they think that this is appropriate conduct?
