Good trusted staff. Good facilities for treatments and blood work. I've been going there for years.

Dr T Mills is a great doctor and I would highly suggest seeing her . She is very caring and holistic . She has a lovely manner .

This place is really really bad. I strongly strongly discourage anyone to attend this clinic. I would give it zero if I could. Please those that are feeling unwell and are need to attend a medical clinic, do not go to this.

Nightmare at Neutral Bay Medical Centre. My GP of 9 years had a patient selling the same prescription medication I have used occasionally to assist with sleep for 13 years so he was unable to prescribe it anymore. Dr Pak knows I am certainly not a drug dealer or drug addict so he passes me on to Dr Mills who prescribes after reading my use as you would expect from a competent GP. 7 months later and very tired and busy doing a renovation by myself and moving I go for another prescription. I forgot about the prescription issue with Dr Pak so he passed me on to Dr V Lele who lies to me. Dr V Lele doesn't look at my prescription use he tells me since June 2020 doctors can only prescribe the medication if approved by a psychiatrist which is completely untrue. Then Dr V Lele pretends there is a recorded message from NSW Health regarding this and pretends to play it but nothing played. I later called NSW Health and they said it is a lie. Dr V Lele then prescribes me a different medication that resulted in extreme insomnia, extreme paroxysmal nocturnal dyspnea for weeks even after stopping it and then resulted in shingles due to stress and exhaustion and all while trying to finish a renovation in the middle of Covid-19. I explain what happened with Dr V Lele to Dr Pak so he passes me on to Dr H Wainwright stating she prescribed the medication to me previously, obviously mistaking her for Dr Mills. Dr H Wainwright says she had not and will not and said the only reason Dr Pak sent me to her was because he knows she will give me a hard time. I replied why? She did not answer and ranted you don't even know what it is used for? I replied yes I do and explained. She didn't listen and ranted on that it is dangerous and addictive. I replied my usage shows I'm not addicted. She replied you could be getting it somewhere else I could check. I replied sure look, all of my prescriptions are available on my health which will show I've only had Dr Pak as my GP for 9 years too. Dr H Wainwright's response was well you're not getting it from me. I left her office wondering what on earth was wrong with her. I eventually got a small amount of the medication from a friend who uses it when flying. Over the next 3 weeks I restored my sleep and the paroxysmal nocturnal dyspnea went away. I had a pain in my back and a rash so I visited another medical centre where I was diagnosed with shingles. While there I explained what happened at the Neutral Bay Medical Centre. The GP viewed my use and said I have no issue prescribing it I can see your use. So I got the prescription with the anti-viral medication, and returned the 2mg to my friend. Still suffering from dyspnea but now knowing it was not due to exhaustion or anxiety I went to the hospital and had tests including heart tests which came up clear. Through process of elimination I concluded that it was caused my the MSG in the Chinese food I had been eating 3-4 times a week with all the renovation etc. I stopped and no more issue. After I restored my sleep it was a matter of days after I located the food as a contributor to my dyspnea. Due to Dr V Lele I had weeks of extreme insomnia, extreme paroxysmal nocturnal dyspnea that then resulted in shingles due to stress and exhaustion.

Be warned that this clinic runs you around a lot so they can abuse the Medicare system as a private practice. I'd advise going elsewhere. They're too clever for my liking.
