I was admitted on Xmas Eve for surgery to my left hand (two bad breaks to the wrist). I had the most positive experience -- the surgeon did an amazing job, the staff were supportive and caring -- such a contrast to St George Hospital where I had been transferred from. Many thanks to Leanne for arranging my surgery and also to the fabulous nurse Eddie who gave me the most amazing care and kept my spirits up. The best nursing I have witnessed in years. You're all doing a grand job, Sydney Hand Hospital staff -- much appreciated.

After a long drive we arrived early, was seen by a doctor within 30mins. Dr Eddie was amazing. Listened to the fact that we had travelled a long distance. Realised that my son need emergency surgery that day. Made a few calls, had an appointment with the surgeon within 2hrs. Surgery followed 2 hrs after that, at another hospital, just because that surgeon had a clinic closer to our home, to make things easier for us. Outstanding work everyone, special mention to Dr Eddie at the Hand Clinic. Thankyou.

After a very traumatic trip and nasty laceration to my left hand, I was treated by very caring, professional and experienced doctors and nurses in the hand clinic, and through surgery to recovery.... Please note that these doctors and nurses are doing their best every day for us, in difficult circumstances... Please show them more respect ❤️

What is the point of making an appointment? I arrived on time for my appointment and was told that there would be a minimum 1 hour wait. Absolute joke. When I asked the receptionist to clarify why was there a long wait she said this is how it usually is and said good luck... good luck for what

Staff are fantastic everyone we spoke to were only to happy to help. The hand clinic was a long wait, unfortunately that’s how it is when the government doesn’t want to give more staff to hospitals. The nurses and doctors were brilliant talking my husband through the procedure he required, fitting him in the same day.
