I had a wonderful experience at Ajax Locksmiths. The lovely lady behind the counter was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. She had wonderful customer service and helped me with the issues with my keys in an efficient manner, as I only had to wait less than five minutes for a new set to be cut. I have definitely found my new go-to locksmith!

Beware of overcharging on their timesheet. Very poor explanation given when issue raised. Glad i had my CCTV to back up my claim.

Asked for two padlock keys to be cut. Neither of them worked - will not open the lock. Then asked for a replacement car key; they told me it had a chip in it which would cost over $150. Paid for this and a simple key with no chip for $10. Both keys work to open and start the car - no need for the higher price unit. Wondered how they could copy the "chip" so quickly...Stay away from this crowd!

Please learn how to update your times on Google. If you are closed, put it on your Google profile. A sign on the door is not helpful when you have to drive there just to see it. It’s 2020 - Google maps has been around 15 years!

The key works, was told I can't pay with card ($5.50) and that the limit it $15 (this is not advertised in store). This practice is banned by the ACCC, customers have a right to pay with card if it is offered. Not even the lady across the road at the ezymart has a minimum for a pack of pk gum. A simple sign at the counter informing customers of a percentage surcharge on purchases under a specific amount would be legal and help avoid negative experiences.
