Not even worth 1 star, very unpleasant & unhelpfull staff, Manager here needs a shake up and start training in customer service. ud83dudc4e
I went there 8 times and every time someone says something diferent to me. Some accept one kind of documents some doesn't. I always bought a photocopy of my documents and they always gave me back saying I don't need and the day I didn't brought they say I need that. Terrible. They should have a training so everyone will be at the same page not everyone saying different thing. It's frustrating the terrible service they do there.
Whoever is in charge here should re-train their staff on their customer service skills... almost always treated rudely here with vague, reluctant customer assistance to match it.
I walked in friendly and happy to the teller at counter 3.nShe was about as pleasant as a kick in the teeth.nShe turned me away, so she could get back to daily dose of her Woman's Weekly magazine.
Usually average but they really need to get their facts correct on licensing older vehicles.nI have a Holden one tonner and they want a mod permit to change from a 253 to 308 engine.nTHESE CAME OUT WITH A 308!
