My partner and I are consistently impressed with the level of sincerity and care given not only from the reception / booking staff but Dr Vicky. Being a health practitioner myself, I know it makes all the difference when you love what you do with all of your heart and this really shows not only with the level of care delivered in person but the after care and responsiveness with Dr Vicky in ensuring we understand everything Norman needs! Thank you so much team! You guys rock! Could not recommend more!

I have been taking my dog to see Dr. Michelle at the Vets On Balwyn clinic for several years now, after some frustration with trying to find the right vet for my dog. Dr. Michelle is an amazing veterinarian. She is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. She handles my dog with such care and kindness, and always takes the time to explain everything patiently and in a way I can understand. The reception and staff are all very friendly, polite and professional, and have always made my appointments and dealings with them very easy. I have never had anything but a positive experience, and would highly recommend Dr. Michelle and the Vets On Balwyn clinic to anyone.

I have a boxer "Tyson" he had a stroke last night. I want to thank the team for putting time aside in their busy day to open up an urgent Window and talk me through some options. Dr Michelle's professional help eased the minds of every one in my family. Tyson has recovered and is doing well. Thank you Simon

Vets on Balwyn are the ABSOLUTE BEST!! My dog used to suffer from strange itchy spots which other vet clinics said were fleas despite no traces of any fleas. Vets on Balwyn discovered it was a skin allergy from certain foods in his first consultation and his skin and overall health has significantly transformed. He just celebrated his 13th birthday and is going strong! The team are always super happy and willing to help, incredibly professional and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet. I'm so thankful for Dr Vicky and the team!

Vets on Balwyn are a great team. Dr Michelle and the other staff have been amazing with my dogs. Such knowledgable, honest and friendly people who take the time to really explain things clearly. For the level of service, the consultations are very well priced. Could not be happier.
