A beautiful shop with a huge selection of dresses of all price points and sizes, and wonderful ladies behind the counter. My MIL and I felt very welcomed in the store. We went in to look at hair pieces (I found a gorgeous one), I had my 1.5yo with me (in a stroller) so I was very anxious about going in. The staff member made us all feel very comfortable.nMy MIL has helped a lot of people with weddings, so she has more experience with bridal stores, she commented that the service was wonderful, the staff very friendly, helpful and genuine.nnThe store is beautiful with lots of gorgeous dresses.
I am happy to say that my first ever experience trying on wedding dresses was lovely. Tracy was just wonderful and made me feel beautiful and comfortable and I absolutely will be back as we get closer to getting our wedding sorted. The next wedding dress shop I went to was awful and very rude and I can honestly say this shop is the most welcoming bridal shop in Mandurah. The selection was nice and as someone with anxiety and a very full bust I was a bit scared starting this journey but zoo bridal made those concerns melt away. Thank you Tracy !
