Many thanks to the lovely Wendy who was an absolute superstar from beginning to end. Wendy gave me her full attention the moment I entered the store and talked me through all I needed to know about oil diffusers. After a few questions about my home environment, pet situation and what I was trying to achieve, I chose the right diffuser and oils for my home. Wendy explained set up and how to use plus filled me in on the dos and don'ts which was incredibly helpful. I'm loving my purchase and very grateful for her professionalism. Excellent work Wendy, I'm pleased it was you who assisted me on my first visit to your store ☺
