Sensationally nice people, and a joy to deal with. I had some jewellery from an estate to offload, they gave me a great price, and an overall wonderful experience. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Emma and Ed are wonderful! We bought a beautiful vintage ring and had another ring resized by Ed. Emma was so patient with me as I tried on every ring in the store even after I’d found the perfect one. We spoke about our concerns of sustainability and it was lovely to hear that they had similar values and beliefs about jewellery, seeking to give old pieces new lives and new homes to reduce the need for new jewellery to be made and using less harsh chemicals. I shared that I was interested in jewellery making and Ed explained everything to me, even taking photos of the resizing of my ring. So I feel like I received a free jewellery masterclass as well as a stunning ring. Makes you feel good to support local businesses and lovely people like Emma and Ed. Couldn’t have been happier with my ring!

Earlier this year we took a piece of jewellery in to sell. We were told that coloured diamonds fade in time and that the valuation for retail replacement was way to high. I have since had a revaluation done on it. Guess what? It come back with the same amount. ( I never showed them the first valuation) I also asked the jeweller if coloured diamonds fade in time and the answer was NO after they laughed their arse off unless very very high heat is applied. Very disappointed with these guys. Oh btw I have since sold the item
