Another good job done for me by Perth TLC. Always reliable and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

TLC are an amazing group of people, from the front office to the tradesmen! I had a couple of emergencies and they accommodated very quickly and in an extremely professional, friendly and diligent manner, nothing was too hard or too little to fix and they cleaned up too! They “de-stressed” me completely. I could not recommend TLC highly enough.

We've worked with Pete and the TLC team on several projects now and the result is always the same - great care and attention to detail, with practical solutions to meet the budget and control costs without cutting corners. TLC's in-house trades are masters of their craft, and when specialist skills are required we know Pete only chooses from the best subcontractors. Thanks all for our lovely new bedroom and lounge!

We have been using Peter and his Perth TLC Group team for years for everything from small repair jobs like storm damage, replacing guttering or installing (massive!) in-ground basketball towers to the entire refurbishment of four double bedrooms. Super efficient and thorough.They coordinate their loyal team of contract tradesmen with complete transparency, and communication is honest and timely throughout the project. Love the close relationship Peter and Denby have with their own staff as well as the many contract workers they employ. That's always the best sign of a great company!

At the beginning I thought: finally,a reliable one. These people are actually doing nothing except engaging other service providers. And everything goes well until it doesn't.nnI accepted all recommendations (which massively boosted the expenses) about painting, tiling, electrical etc.nnUntil carpentry came on the schedule. They engaged a person who had no experience whatsoever to make a complicated pelmets out of the laminate flooring. He started cutting with a ordinary saw blade. Can you believe that? Even dared to ask me to compensate for the burnt out blades. The job obviously never got finished. After having all the materials wasted, Peter never had the decency to call and discuss the matter. That's how you lose future customers.nNot to be forgotten, I had to wait for the roll shades for 2 months, after having the measurements wrong. Compensation?
