We went there on saturday and Annie Ziemba took really good care of us. She spent nearly two hours going through our selection and she went out of the way when colour matching our cupboards to tiles.. Its our first time building and we appreciate the time Aimee spent with us and her recommendations were valued.. would recommend this place highly. It does get really busy there

I went there in Monday.nThere was a lady behind the counter. She never acknowledged me, the whole I was there.nI did not notice any other customers while I was there. So it is not like she was busy talking to a customer.nThere was an older gentleman mopping the floor.nI was looking for tiles for our laundry and kitchen.nBusiness must be great if you can ignore customers.

i went here last week,the service was very poor,and the lady was rude,id never go back there again.Went to crosby tiles down the road from imported ceramics,and the ladys were so lovely and very helpful,i ending up buying there.

Massive range of ceramic designs and tiles.nShowroom (with showcase) is beautifully designed and uses floor space well so you’re not bumping into people when it’s crowded.nnOwner and her staff are very friendly and genuinely there to help you make the decisions that you want for your home or project.nnHas sales stock sections with good prices, although the non discounted stock is well prices also. Recommend you at least visit before going straight to one of the generic tile providers around the area.
