A huge thank you to Ian (sales) and Scott (carpenter) at Planet Timber Myaree. We had bamboo flooring and stairs installed this week. Ian was accurate, knowledgeable and punctual with his quoting. Scott was reliable, polite and fastidious with his wood installation. We have never dealt with such a wonderful tradesman. Scott was punctual, tidy and delivered us a beautiful end product. I thoroughly recommend this business. Thank you so much for your help.

FEEL LET DOWN. Originally purchased and installed our whole house in bamboo , we had an accident with flood and had to get repaired. Purchased a few more boxes and was told 'what u don't use bring back and well sort you out.nAfter 6 weeks of chippy canceling on us we finally got it repaired and was left with about $250 worth of boards(all boxed and unopened . We drove to the shop and was told 'sorry it probably won't match what we are selling now ' . I explained the original install was over 2yrs ago and the recent repairs matched fine- it's bamboo no boards are identical that's the idea. Poor customer service- good when it came to the big sell, but let down with after sales support. Sorry I Won't be back or recommend .
