It was a real pleasure dealing with all the people working at Westral. They were very friendly, honest, professional and they were really good at their job. What I also like about them is that they don't BS you. If something is going to take a long time to be ready, they will let you know outright. It's up to you to decide if you want to go ahead. They are not pushy at all.nnWe got Westral to supply and install a few things for us around the house - awnings for the alfresco and kitchen window, and window shutters for the guest bedroom. The quality of the products is very good and the installation was completed very professionally without any issues.nnI highly recommend Westral. I have used Westral for many things in our house starting from Security Screens, Outdoor Roller Shutters and almost the whole house using plantation shutters. The recent job we had done was the plantation shutters in our last bedroom. And I am so happy with the whole process from start to end, our recent installer James T was very good as always. Friendly professional service all round; sales rep, measurer and installer arrived at the said time. Shutters are worth the wait (12 weeks from ordering), they are beautifully fitted. Tony, our installer did a wonderful job, we are extremely happy with the result.
