After sales service is non existent and do not warranty their product.

Worst in store experience in Australia!nnThe second time I've been to di Croco in as many visits with the intention of spending some serious money and not got through the door. Unfortunately the shop assistant has been the same person both times, years apart. She is so excruciatingly rude and snobby the time before she made my Dad visiting from the UK storm out and stopped him and my Mum from buying the belt and purse they were looking forward to taking home as souvenirs (of their otherwise great trip to the Top End).nnToday she made my husband storm out. Not sure how many bad reviews it will take for someone at di Croco to see how terrible this person is at their job and how they shouldn't be allowed anywhere near customers, but here's hoping someone may see this one. You must have lost millions over the years, as it has been 7 years between these two instances. That's how long it took me to brave it again, and it took your manager 7 seconds to insult us again.

Great design and top quality of croco-leather products. They are designed in Australia and produced in my home country Indonesia. It is a must-visit shop when you are in Darwin.

Very disappointed on how we were treated by the lady in this shop. She chased us around literally with white gloves on, adjusting everything we may have even thought about picking up. I was made to feel very uncomfortable and definitely not wanted in the shop. I had intended on shopping and spending a lot of money in Di Crocco but left angry, and empty handed. Almost like a “Pretty Woman” experience.
