I've had all of my Piercings done by Renai and never had any problems with them. The Shop area's are always clean and tidy, and the Piercing Studio is always kept Immaculate. Renai cleans and Discinfects between customers, and She's always been very Friendly and Professional everytime I have been in the Shop. Awesome Shop and Brilliant Staff too.

As the mum of a teen who wanted a piercing I felt quite concerned but I spoke with Aaron over the phone and he was so professional, answered every question I had his quiet confidence was very reassuring. Anyway we went in the next day, filled in the forms, chose the jewellery and were lucky enough to get Aaron again. He did a really careful, neat job with a minimum of fuss. I almost wanted a piercing myself after, well not quite but Aaron did an excellent job.
