Nice to see a small business that us helpful and friendly. They have a lot of samples but I knew what I wanted and got the help I needed straight away.
We were looking to have vertical blinds installed on two large windows with sliding doors to balconies in our home in Redfern. Getting quotes from various blinds installers, we chose Rouna first of all for the huge choice of high quality materials, there are hundreds of designs and materials to choose from. Pricewise Rouna ended up the 2nd cheapest of our quotes. Everyone we dealt with was professional and helpful, installation was done within the timeframe quoted and took less than an hour. And since then we are enjoying beautiful blinds. Big thumps up to the Rouna team!
Everything was great from start to finish. Both Dianne and Victoria were very helpful as well as the installer. Blinds and curtains look great and were made locally in Sydney. Would definitely use them again.
