Much better price than other sellers on one item. They then price matched the other item including free postage. As I needed the item asap to fix leaking water cooler tap they upgraded the courier service so arrived quickly. Excellent all round.

Recently purchased a toilet suite and was promised that it would be delivered promptly within the week as it wasn't in stock. Very pleased to say that this was the case, delivered after hours by a staff member on his way home. Excellent service for a great price. Thank you.

After checking online details of the product I wanted I rang the business. The sales person that spoke with me was extremely helpful and advised me which product was best for m neds. This was a product that was unavailable in my state.. He went out of his way to help me and explain exactly what I was purchasing and when it would be shipped. This was the day before Easter. We were delighted to have the item delivered the following week. I fully recommend this company for their professionalism, courtesy, and prompt delivery.

You really only know a quality of a company when something breaks. I ordered 3 toilet seats which arrived broken - not a great experience at first but it can happen to anyone. Getstuff immediately ordered replacements without a hassle, were super responsive and personally delivered the new ones on a Sunday morning! Great customer service and speed of delivery.
