Tried to return faulty goods at the store and was told it needed the original store tags attached. Contacted the website help centre via their feedback form 4 weeks ago. No response. Rang their 1300 number twice since and left contact details as instructed. Still no response even after 2 weeks. This phone number goes to a third party engaged to handle enquiries who never answer the phone. Buyer beware.nUpdate. Customer Service did get back to me and they agreed to a return and full refund.

The man that works at the store is friendlynand helpful. The women was so rude and has no people skills at all. We will drive to another location rather than deal with her again.nnIn addition to how rude She was during checkout she came over to me afterwards and moved my trolley she didn't ask me to move it before doing it herself. My baby was in the trolley at the time and she moved it so fast it caused my baby to hit her head on the handle. She did not apologise just walked off.
