Have contacted this boutique a week ago about a faulty item and still have not been refunded. I keep being told that “they have to wait to see if their supplier will refund them before they’ll refund me”. Sorry but that’s not how a refund works! You sold a faulty item, refund your customer, and then take it up with your supplier!
Poor poor service!! I went in yesterday and very rude youngish girl was very rude! Her manner is not one I’d have working at our business.
