Dreadful customer service. I've popped into this shop a number of times and on each occasion, the staff had no time or manners, spending their time chatting on the phone socially or amongst themselves whilst keeping you waiting. Very cliquey also as they seem to be very nice to presumably regular or favourite customers but very dismissive towards, very slow to help and very lacking in basic manners towards others.
